Also, I will let you know this up front, if you have any compassion or a soft heart for your tenants, then this book is not for you. This book is strictly based on protecting the landlord, saving him money, and ridding himself of nuisance tenants.

WHAT THIS BOOK IS
A true hardcore story of our accomplishments, failures, and experiences with being a Section 8 landlord over the past 8 years. Nothing is held back. You get the good, the bad and the ugly, told in a raw yet understandable way. This book is like no other because it is not a manual filled with junk to buy to help make you a great Section 8 landlord. We are not trying to sell you leases, products, CD’s, seminars or “systems”. We are strictly giving you information on how to purchase real estate and then how to make and save money while renting your property to a Section 8 tenant. Leases, products, and “systems” can’t make you rich. The only thing that can make you rich is determination and that comes from within. You’re the only person who can make yourself rich. Getting up early in the morning and working until late 6 or 7 nights a week while applying and reverting to the information in this book may or may not make you rich. But it sure as hell is gonna help!
I’ve read other books on Section 8 landlording and have literally gotten sick to my stomach. Nobody ever bashed the tenants or the Section 8 program. Nobody ever gave out tips or ideas on how to pass inspections or how to get around some of the ridiculous Section 8 rules. But we will!
