"Honestly, if Section 8 landlording was that easy, you wouldn’t buy the book; you wouldn’t need it. Everybody and their brother would be doing Section 8 housing. No, Section 8 landlording is not that easy, but it does work and it is profitable. The better you get at it, the more profitable it becomes. Don’t listen to the nay sayers who tell you to “stay away” or “don’t get involved”. Chances are they never owned a property in their life let alone a Section 8 rental property.
