Your Investor's Guide on How To SUCCEED in Section 8 Housing Rentals

Chapter 12

Advertising

Where and where not to advertise your “Property for Rent”.

"You would think that anywhere would be a good place to advertise a home for rent. The more exposure, the better and quicker chance you have of renting your property. However, you may be placing your property in danger. You may be giving a thief a map to your property! What’s their treasure? Anything they can get their hands on if they can get into your property; copper, carpets, light
fixtures, heaters, stoves, etc.

Want to know how to prevent it? First, never hang a “For Rent” sign in the window. Not only are you advertising that your property is for rent, you are advertising that it is vacant..."

"If your rental property has a nice kitchen or bath, take a picture of it and include it with your ad..."
